Debra Bartz, At a Glance
Interested in making a difference in people’s life and feeling it was the right time to transition into a second career, Debra Bartz decided to start her own coaching company. Her vision is to be a catalyst for individuals and assist in improving their outlook on life. Ms. Bartz truly cares about the people she meets and is determined to be a positive influence in their lives.
Ms. Bartz has had a successful career as a pilot, serving in the United States Air Force and working for United Airlines. Aside from flying, she has spent the majority of her career mentoring aspiring pilots. Ms. Bartz gained an interest in aviation when she was 10 years old and worked hard to achieve her dream of flying aircrafts.
Ms. Bartz was honored with numerous military ribbons, and earned the Woman of the Year award for 2011-12 from the National Association of Professional Women. She also published articles about health and wellness in various journals and magazines.
She earned a Bachelor of Science in social sciences at the United States Air Force Academy and a Master of Science in human resource management at Golden State University. Ms. Bartz is also a board certified holistic practitioner through the American Association of Drugless Practitioners, and holds a certification in coaching business practices.
Outside of her professional endeavors, Ms. Bartz enjoys working out, sprinting and following her own fitness plan.
